MY EXPERIENCE
I have been fortunate enough to have experience in several dynamic environments and teams both in and out of my studies. I thrive in academic and professional settings deploying transferable skills across both fields.

To allow me to focus more on digital media and data, I was able to tailor my degree into my deepening interest of the subject area by studying modules including:

Digital Media, Data, and Society
Business, Creative Digital Industries, and Innovation
Digital Media Enterprise
Digital Marketing Marketing

Additionally, I found enjoyment and excelled in studying modules such as:

Media Project Management
Brands and Branding
Videogame Cultures

I also possess experience in other industries and in leadership positions such as the several years I spent in hospitality in supervisory roles, most notably in an award-winning and very busy restaurant and bar.

Outside of university, I have experienced working in the media industry by partaking in a internship as a production runner for Ricochet TV production company. This saw me perform a variety of roles over the two seperate teams for The Repair Shop and Food Unwrapped TV shows. These roles involved:

Researching topics for shows and copyrighting queries
Transcribing in post-production
Correspondance with show applicants
Handling editorial paperwork, such as Personal Disclosure and Release Forms
